Hatrak Associates (HA) has been among the leading providers of Employee Shift Scheduling software. HA began in 1983 with a DOS application. The market niche HA serviced was the Public safety agencies marketplace. (prisons, jails, police, fire and call centers. In 1995 HA launched it’s Windows version. The markets being services expanded to hospitals and other organizations who operated 24/7/365.

In 2008 HA launched its browser-based version and expanded the markets to be serviced to include and and all public and private organizations. This new version will operate on the internet, your intranet and on the desktop.
